Return & Refund Policy

Return Period by Product Type
For online purchases, the return period begins on the date the items are delivered. All items must be returned in original condition, including packaging and all package contents. A repackaging fee of up to 15% will be applied to products that are not returned in their original condition, this includes damaged packaging. Returns may be rejected if the items or packaging is not in re-sellable condition.

Buyers Information
Buyer herein acknowledges that the Buyer has removed all confidential information from any device prior to delivery of the device to Seller for service, replacement, upgrade, inspection, storage, trade, recycle, abandonment, or any other reason. Buyer herein acknowledges that Seller is not responsible for buyers information, including without limitation, data files, documents, passwords, email address, or any other such information that Buyer may or may not, deem as personal or confidential.

Open Apple Watch with Band - if you are returning an Apple Watch, it will be subject to standard restocking fees, also the retail cost of the original Band included with the Apple Watch will be deducted.

If your iPhone or in-ear audio is defective it must be serviced by the manufacturer.

**If you are returning an iOS Device such as an iPad or iPod you will need to turn off the ‘Activation lock’ feature before returning the device.

If you have a warranty problem with your product after 14-days we can assist with warranty fulfillment or you can contact the manufacturer directly.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. iWorld reserves the right to reject returns based on the product or packaging condition, and/or apply a restocking fee of up to 15%.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Clearance or discontinued items
Clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded. Warranty service will apply to defective products.

If your item is defective, and is eligible for return, we will exchange the item within 30-days from the date of delivery for the same item. All items returned for exchange come with original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We do not insure return
